【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofmonoacylglycerols,diacylglycerolsandtriacylglycerolsandalsofreeglycerolbyhigh-performancesize-exclusionchromatography.Itisapplicabletoproducts(e.g.emulsifiers)comprisingmonoacylglycerolsanddiacylglycerolsasmainconstituentsinconcentrations10%,andtotriacylglycerolsinaproportionof20%.Themethodisnotapplicabletodairyfatsorfatsandoilshavingawiderangeoffattyacidchainlengths,sincediacylglycerolsofshortfattyacidshavealowermolecularmassthanmonoacylglycerolsoflong-chainfattyacids.Themethodhasrestrictedapplicabilitytoacylglycerolmixturesbasedoncaprylicandcapricacids.Here,onlythemonoacylglycerolcontentandthefreeglycerolcontentcanbedetermined.NOTEReferences[1]to[4]givebackgroundinformation.
