【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60825servesasaguidetotheemployer,theRESPONSIBLEORGANISATION,theLASERSAFETYOFFICER,theLASEROPERATORandotherpersonsinvolved,onthesafeuseoflasersandlaserequipmentclassifiedasclass3Borclass4.Itcoversallapplicationsoflaserbeamsonhumansin,butnotlimitedto,health-carefacilities,cosmeticandhairremovalcentresanddentalpractices,includingapplicationsinvehiclesanddomesticpremises.NOTEAlthoughthescopeexcludeslaserclasseslowerthanclass3Band4,itisappropriatetostate,thatparticularcareshouldbetakenwhenlevelsoflaserenergyareusedbelowtheClass3Band4limitswhentheindividual’snormalAVERSIONRESPONSESarecompromisedorabsent.Thistechnicalreportexplainsthecontrolmeasuresrecommendedforthesafetyofpatients,staff,maintenancepersonnelandothers.Engineeringcontrolswhichformpartofthelaserequipmentortheinstallationarealsobrieflydescribedtoprovideanunderstandingofthegeneralprinciplesofprotection.
