【摘要】:Drypaintoftencomesincontactwithitselfespeciallyinwindowanddoorareasand,dependingonitshardness,thepressure,temperature,humidity,anddurationoftimethesurfacesareincontact,sometimesstickstoitself(blocks).Thisstringenttestmethodcanbeusedtocompareandratesubjectivelytheresistanceofpaintstoblocking.1.1Thistestmethodcoversanacceleratedprocedureforevaluatingtheface-to-faceblockingresistanceoftradessalespaints.ThisisnottobeconfusedwithblockingresistanceTestMethodD3003,whichisconcernedwithblockingofindustrialcoatingsonmetalsubstrates,norwithTestMethodD2793whichisconcernedspecificallywithwoodproductfinishesandreportsresultsonasatisfactoryornotsatisfactorybasis,ratherthanbythedegreeofblockingtendencyasinthistestmethod.1.2ThevaluesstatedintheSIunitsofmeasurementaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
