【摘要】:本标准规定了具有预热阴极并在50Hz或60Hz频率无启动器电路中使用的管形荧光灯阴极加热的基本技术要求。就阴极的加热条件而言,此要求能使灯达到可靠的性能要求。用于这种灯工作的镇流器应能提供符合这些基本要求的阴极加热电压和电流。在规定阴极的加热条件时,需要考虑到阴极的两种工作状态,它们是：a)启动阶段：此时,阴极加热的功能是为了便于电弧的出发；b)工作阶段：此时,阴极加热的功能应能维持气体放电。

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthelossinthicknessofflexiblecellularmaterialswhencompressedrepetitivelytoafixedlevelofstrain.Itisparticularlyusefulforqualitycontrolinthemanufactureofflexiblepolymericcellularmaterials.AnotherprocedurealreadyexistsasISO3385:thismeasuresthefatiguecharacteristicsofflexiblepolymericcellularmaterialsbyconstant-stressloadingofthespecimenratherthanconstantstrain.ItformsthebasisofamaterialclassificationsysteminISO5999.Thesetwofatigueproceduresarecomplementarytoeachotherandcanbothbeusefulinthepredictionofend-useperformance.TheprocedureandequipmentusedinthisInternationalStandardallowtestingofalargenumberoftestpiecesatanyonetime,whereasISO3385onlyallowstestingofonetestpieceatatimeunderthecompressiondevice.
